My Story

“It’s not easy being me. I was booted high up into the rafters of Stirling Castle where I was stuck for over 400 years! Talk about being bored?

Life took a new turn when I was discovered back in the 1970s in the bedroom of Mary Queen of Scots – don’t ask how I got there, even I can’t remember that far back. I now live in the Museum, in my own special case and my fans and tourists come to visit. I got flown out to the World Cup in Germany in 2006. Glad I didn’t have to play and have those fancy new football boots kick me out of the park. Goodness knows where I could have got wedged next!”
